- Financial and tax records.
- Personnel records.
- Customer records: enquiries, quotations, contracts and correspondence.
- Operational records: vehicle, maintenance, permit and insurance records.
How to request a record
Send a completed request form (PAIA Form 2, available from the Information Regulator) to our Information Officer. Describe the record you want and the right you are exercising or protecting. Prescribed fees may apply and will be confirmed before any work starts.
We respond within 30 days. Some records may be refused on the grounds set out in PAIA, for example to protect another person's privacy or commercial information.
